  • Ginger root (fresh) - 2 inch piece, peeled
  • Cinnamon sticks - 2
  • Vanilla pods - 1, split lengthwise
  • Nutmeg - 1/4 teaspoon, freshly grated
  • African bird's eye chili - 1 tiny sliver (optional)
  • Raw honey - 3 tablespoons
  • Rose petals - 1/4 cup, organic and pesticide-free
  • Filtered water - 4 cups

Préparation Rituelle:

  1. Under the full moon, infuse hibiscus and rose petals in hot water
  2. Add freshly grated ginger and cinnamon
  3. Scrape vanilla pods and add seeds
  4. Add a pinch of ground nutmeg
  5. Add the smallest piece of chili (for warmth)
  6. Sweeten with honey while chanting your intentions
  7. Let cool under moonlight
  8. Strain and serve with fresh rose petals

Instructions Culinaires Détaillées:

  1. Begin by bringing 4 cups of filtered water to a boil in a non-aluminum pot. Remove from heat once boiling.
  2. Add the hibiscus flowers and rose petals to the hot water. Cover and let steep for 10 minutes.
  3. While the flowers steep, grate the ginger finely using a microplane or the smallest holes on a box grater. You should have about 1 tablespoon of grated ginger.
  4. Break the cinnamon sticks in half and add them to the infusion along with the grated ginger.
  5. Split the vanilla pod lengthwise with a sharp knife. Use the back of the knife to scrape out the tiny seeds. Add both the seeds and the pod to the infusion.
  6. Grate about 1/4 teaspoon of fresh nutmeg directly into the mixture.
  7. If using the bird's eye chili, cut just a tiny sliver (about 1mm) and add it to the infusion. Be very careful - this chili is extremely potent.
  8. Cover the pot again and let everything steep for another 15 minutes.
  9. Strain the liquid through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a glass pitcher.
  10. While the liquid is still warm (but not hot), add the raw honey and stir in a clockwise motion until completely dissolved.
  11. Place the pitcher outside under the moonlight for at least one hour to absorb lunar energy.
  12. Refrigerate until chilled. Before serving, garnish each glass with a few fresh rose petals floating on top.
  13. For maximum effect, serve in red or pink glasses while maintaining eye contact with your intended.

Effets:

This recipe contains natural vasodilators (ginger, chili) that increase blood flow and create warming sensations. The spices can trigger the release of endorphins and create a pleasant, euphoric feeling.
